During this time of uncertainty, many of us are trying to work from home while also juggling kids, pets, or other responsibilities. Staying in and lacking options is tough on everyone, no matter what your situation.
At Master Print, we are operating as normally as possible while maintaining the safety of our staff. As an essential business, we are open and accepting jobs. We also have workflows in place to make your experience as smooth as possible, no matter where you are working.
1. You can send us your native files.
Typically, we like to work with PDFs so that everything is already embedded in the files. But if you can’t create a PDF from home or are having trouble, go ahead and send us your native files. (Native files are the files you use to create a job. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and in dire circumstances, Word, are all programs that we can use to create a PDF for your job.)
2. We’ve been proofing digitally for years.
While the rest of the world scrambles to implement digital workflows, Master Print has been proofing digitally since the early 2000s. We have a digital proof system already in place and can send you PDF proofs to approve quickly and efficiently.
3. We can still deliver to you - without fear of germs.
We have partnerships with major shipping companies that are still delivering packages daily. We can easily deliver your jobs via FedEx or UPS to your home, office, or other location. (A physical address is needed; we cannot ship to a P.O. box.)
4. Mailings are still happening via USPS.
The U.S. Postal Service is still in operation and mailings are still being processed. We can still print, prepare, and mail your items. (Did you see our information on direct mail and COVID-19?)
5. Our sales representatives are on call for you.
Just like they are at any time, our sales reps are available via email or phone to answer your questions and help however they can. Want to see a friendly face? Most reps are also available via Skype or FaceTime, so set up a meeting and say hi!
