The holidays are quickly approaching! While you are busy with the hustle and bustle of the holiday season let Master Print help you make your holiday cards stand out! Here are some helpful tips to enhance your card this season.
1. Be traditional, not digital.
Spread holiday spirit! Buy some fun holiday stamps and send your card the traditional way. It is more impactful and is a great opportunity to show how much they mean to you.
2. Update your mailing list – and check it twice.
Make sure the list of people that you are sending your holiday card to is up to date. You don't want your card to come back to you.
3. Make a first impression with your envelope.
The envelope is the first thing that your colleagues, friends and family will see. May sure to wow them with a metallic stock or a fun holiday design.
4. Send your files print-ready.
Make sure you send a high-resolution file that has 1/8" bleeds. Let us know if you have any questions on what to do on how to prepare and send your files.
5. Explore different ways to enhance your card.
There are a lot of different ways to make your card memorable. A few options include: special stocks, die-cuts, metallic inks, pop ups, emboss or deboss, round corners, unique shaped cards (snowflakes, trees, angled corners, ornaments).
6. Personalize it.
Your card no longer has to be one size fits all. Write a personal message on the card or have the personal message printed with our variable data capabilities.
7. Mail it as soon as possible!
Have them in the mail by the 15th of December – the holidays are the busiest time of the year for the postal service and you don’t want your card to arrive after the holidays.
